You retain ownership of the content you submit (such as court listings, match records, and profile information). By submitting content, you grant MyPickleStats a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute it as part of the Service. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the content you submit.
Court listings are submitted by users of the community and may not always be accurate, complete, or up to date. MyPickleStats does not own, operate, or verify these courts and is not responsible for their condition, availability, or accessibility. Always confirm details directly with the venue before traveling.
The MyPickleStats name, logo, and platform (excluding user-submitted content) are the property of MyPickleStats and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time, as described in our Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Pickleball is a physical activity that carries an inherent risk of injury; you use courts and play matches at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyPickleStats shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
